1. Make a Plan for Candy
If your family celebrates Halloween, you know you are likely to have a lot of candy at the end of the night. Before you do that, talk to your kids about setting limits on how much candy to eat. You may even want to look for places to give away candy to reduce your temptation.
2. Keep Up Daily Oral Hygiene
It is always important to protect your oral health. To do that, you need to start with a consistent oral hygiene routine. Brushing your teeth twice per day. Floss daily, too.
3. Fix Problems
Unfortunately, a lot of bad things can happen with your teeth. Tooth decay, dental injuries, and tooth infections can all be fixed with our restorative services.
4. Drink Water
Drinking water is always good. It can be helpful while drinking candy. Water can assist saliva in rinsing away candy particles. Water is also healthier for your teeth than soft drinks or other sweet beverages.
